The gap we’re building for
Most care in Switzerland happens at home, after hours, by people with no nursing training and no shift that ends. A daughter notices something has changed. A husband isn’t sure whether tonight is different enough to call someone. The question isn’t clinical yet — but there is nowhere to put it.
Digital health has been built for the clinic, the record, and the patient. Almost nothing is built for the person standing in the hallway at eleven at night, deciding alone.
Hundreds of thousands of people in Switzerland are in that position, and the number grows every year.

The family stays in the loop, not on the outside of it.
Family caregivers are usually the first to notice something and the last to be informed. We think that is backwards.
